German HS30 Family 1/100
German Schützenpanzer Lang 12-3, aka HS30, infantry fighting vehicle. Intended to serve as the basis for a family of fighting vehicles for Bundeswehr panzergrenadiers, it’s planned procurement was cut by more than half as it was a disaster.. Limited budgets and political issues delayed it’s replacement by Marder 1. More than 2000 were procured nonetheless and served in the Bundeswehr in a variety of roles from 1960 through 1974. Basic IFV with HS 820 20mm auto cannon, mortar carrier with 81mm mortar and anti tank vehicle with 106mm recoilless rifle and 20mm cannon turret available. Recoilless version ships with a spare recoilless rifle.
