Canada LAV II Family 1/100
Replacement for the Canadian Armored Vehicle General Purpose family of vehicles, also known as the LAV II. 8x8 vehicles based on the Swiss MOWAG Piranha, adopted in 1989 leading the Canadian Army’s transition from tracked vehicles intended for the Central European Front to wheeled vehicles intended for cheap operation in peacekeeping operations.
Bison is an APC armed with a machine gun and capacity for 8 infantrymen. The model ships with 2 M2 .50 calibre heavy machine guns. Coyote entered service in 1996 as a replacement for the Lynx, armed with a 25mm autocannon and 2 C6 (FN-MAG) 7.62mm machine guns.
