Many of our minis can be scaled to different sizes for games like Bolt Action, Warhammer or for modeling and dioramas. We also welcome commissions. All of our minis are printed when you order them. Printing and processing can take up to 8 hours for a batch, so same day shipping is not possible. We do guarantee shipping within 5 business days of getting your order. If you’re in a hurry for a birthday, tournament, or other occasion, email us to ask about getting moved up in the build queue.

Resin miniatures are delicate by nature and are not guaranteed against normal gameplay, acts of dog or grabby gamestore kids.

If your miniatures are damaged in shipping, HQ Minis will replace the damaged bits. Just send photos of the damage, and if possible the damaged box, to aaronmays@hotmail.com. We’ll reply as soon as possible and ship replacements.
